OneBridge / YourWay

To improve our level of service, Willmar Public Schools is moving our VEBA (HRA), FSA/DCAP, and HSA administration from WEX/BPAS to OneBridge Benefits Inc. (which will be branded as YourWay).

We understand that change isn't always easy, and we are committed to making this transition as smooth as possible! Please keep an eye out for upcoming communications directly from OneBridge or "YourWay."

Important Dates & Deadlines Since we are currently in the middle of this transition, please be aware of the following timeline:

Already in Effect (Aug 24–25): The VEBA claims cutoff has passed, debit cards are inactivated, and the VEBA online blackout period has begun.
August 31 (This Monday!): FSA/DCAP Claims Cutoff. This is your last day to submit FSA and Dependent Care claims to WEX.
September 1: YourWay HSA goes live! Welcome packets and registration emails will be sent.
September 18: YourWay FSA goes live.
September 28: YourWay HRA (VEBA) goes live.

What You Need to Know by Plan:

HSA: Your existing WEX balance will not transfer automatically. You can either spend down your current WEX account or initiate a transfer to OneBridge (note: WEX charges a standard $25 exit fee; OneBridge has no exit fees). We will provide a pre-populated transfer form soon. All future contributions will automatically go to your new OneBridge account.
FSA / Dependent Care: Your remaining 2026 balance will automatically transition to YourWay.
VEBA (HRA): The Lincoln Stable Value Fund will remain our default investment. Important: If you currently have recurring premium reimbursements set up through WEX, they will not carry over. You will need to set up a new Automatic Premium Reimbursement (APR) once the new system is live.
