FREE Summer Meals for KIDS and TEENS!
Food that's IN when school is OUT!
Willmar Public Schools will be providing free breakfast and lunch meals over the summer from June 9th-August 15th. These meals are available to children ages 18 years of age or younger. We will not have programming on June 19th or July 4th.
In-Person Hot/Cold Meals
We will be providing hot and/or cold meals at the sites listed below. All meals must be consumed on school premises at these locations. Students must be present. No adult meals will be offered or sold.

At the following locations, we will be providing multi-day meal packages. On Mondays and Wednesdays, children will receive 2 days of breakfast and lunches. On Fridays, children will receive 3 days of breakfast and lunches. The meals offered on Fridays are shelf stable, but the milk must be refrigerated.
All meals provided at these locations are ready to eat and do not require additional cooking or prepping. Refrigeration is required for Monday-Thursday Meals and for all milk.
Grab & Go Cold Meals - Students must be present to receive meals. No adult meals will offered or sold.

Families are only allowed to receive one breakfast and one lunch meal per day for each child in their family. Staff will be trained to monitor for duplicate meals being provided to the same families.
Willmar Public Schools Food & Nutrition Services is not allowed to provide any free meals at any locations to daycares and/or childcare programs on food programs per Minnesota Department of Education and United States Department of Agriculture regulations. If daycares are noticed or suspected at locations, staff are trained to inquire more information from such visitors.
