RFP Issue Date:  December 10, 2024

Pre-Proposal Conference: Available in person on December 18, 2024 at 2:30pm in Auditorium at the Willmar Education and Arts Center located at 611 5th St SW, Willmar, MN 56201.  After the meeting, there will be an opportunity to tour the locations described in the RFP.

Proposals due by 12:01pm local time on Monday, December 30, 2024.
