Willmar Public School District - ISD 347, MN is issuing a Request for Proposal (RFP) to identify qualified investment providers for its 403(b) retirement plan. The purpose of this process is to evaluate and enhance the investment options, services, and overall retirement outcomes available to plan participants. The RFP document outlining the scope of services, requirements, and evaluation criteria along with a response spreadsheet to be completed and submitted as your proposal can be obtained by contacting Elizabeth Windingstad at WPS: windingstade@willmar.k12.mn.us
Any questions regarding the RFP should also be directed to Elizabeth Windingstad no later than July 10, 2026. Proposals must be provided via email, sent to Elizabeth Windingstad, no later than July 24, 2026. Proposals received after the deadline will be considered late and ineligible for consideration.
