    Welcome to the Campus Portal!

    The Campus Portal connects parents and students to student data online, anytime, from anywhere!

    What is the Campus Portal?
    Campus Portal is our tool for parents and students to access instant, online, timely and secure student information: class schedule, assignments, attendance, discipline, immunizations, fees, report cards, transcripts and NEWLY added, Online Payments. Campus Portal is a means to further promote educational excellence by enhancing our program of communication with parents and students. Online instructions are available in both English and Spanish.

    Who is eligible to have a Campus Portal account?
    Students and parents of current students are eligible to activate a Campus Portal account, after agreeing to the terms and conditions of use found in this document:

    First time using the Campus Portal?
    If you have been assigned a Campus Portal Activation Key, click here

    If you do not have an Activation Key.

    • Print and complete one or both of the forms below and return them to your child's school office.
    • The approved forms will be forwarded to the Portal Launch Team and an Activation Code will be mailed to you.
    • Please allow about two weeks to process your request.  

     
    *Requesting a Parent account will allow you to log in and see all the students in your household.

    What kind of software or computer is needed to use the Campus Portal?

    To use the Campus Portal, you only need access to a computer that can reach the Internet. Access can be from your home, work, public library or anywhere you can establish an internet connection.

     

    Districts already using Campus Portal or similar programs are finding the concept significantly improves communication with parents and makes it easy for parents to get involved and stay involved in their child's education. The districts using home-to-school communication software are finding that parents are using the information to talk to their children about their school life. Students are using this tool to help them stay on track. Some of the benefits of increased awareness include improved attendance and an increase in the number of assignments being turned in on time. Making an information rich connection between teachers, parents, and students is a clear way to improve communication and ultimately help boost student achievement.
