Instructional Coach

Instructional coaching is a collaborative approach to teaching and learning. It is confidential, non-evaluative, and supportive. We work one-on-one and in small groups with teachers on specific teaching strategies or issues in the classroom. We focus on practical changes teachers can make in their everyday teaching. This work is supplemented by other professional development activities. Our staff development is job-embedded, ongoing, aligned to the state standards, curriculum, and assessment.
