2023-2024 Existing Student Verification

Parent Portal is required for registration. Once logged in, click MORE on the left side, then click “Online Registration” to begin verifying your student’s information for the upcoming year.  Click HERE for step by step instructions.

*No Parent Portal? Please email parent portal at parentportal@willmar.k12.mn.us to get your access code to complete online.

Preschool Information

Children must be at least 3 years old by September 1st . For more information or to register, please call Willmar Community Education at 320-231-8490 or email borosl@willmar.k12.mn.us.

Open Enrollment

If you are a parent/guardian who doesn’t live within the Willmar Public School District, but wish for your child to attend one of our schools, you will need to fill out an open enrollment form and return to the District Office.

*If you are unable to complete the Registration online at home, feel free to stop at the District Office located at: 611 5^th St SW to complete it. The office is open Monday-Friday from 8:00am-4:30pm (summer hours may vary).
