Athletic Fee Policy |

A participation fee is charged to help reduce the direct cost of athletics to assure the continuation of the programs for the benefit of the students. |
Who is required to pay the fee? |

The fee policy will be distributed through the eligibility packet provide for each student. |

Fee Highlights
- Family cap of $700 grades 7-12
- Fee may be waived for students who show a hardship case (forms available in the main office)
- Fee for students who qualify for reduced lunch is $80 per sport
Fee for students who qualify for free lunch is $40 per sport - Athletes receive free admission to athletic events for that season
Fee Schedule
Grades 6-8 (middle school)
- Each Sport/Activity $100
Per Student Cap (Middle School only) is $300
Grades 9-12 (high school)
- 1st Sport $300
- 2nd Sport $200
3rd Sport $100
Family Cap (7-12) is $700.

Admission will be charged for the following varsity events held at Willmar High School:
- Baseball
Basketball - Football
- Gymnastics
Hockey - Soccer
Softball
Swimming
Track
Volleyball
Wrestling
Admission Prices:
- Adult $6.00
- Student $4.00
Season Passes
Punch cards may be purchased at WEAC during regular school days. The punch card is good for 15 events for $80.00 and may be used by more than one family member. Individual Student Passes are available for $40.
