2012 Late Exam Schedule - WHS 

CAUTION: You will be charged an additional $40 by AP to take a late exam unless you meet the AP requirement for no additional fee.  Circumstances that will incur an additional fee incldude (but are not limited to):
  Acacemic contest/event
  ♦ Athletic contest/event
  ♦ Family commitment
  ♦ School closing (local decision, non-emergency)

 
Late testing will only be given if needed - locations to be determined.
  To preserve the security of AP Exams, alternate forms are used for late testing. All students who
  participate in late testing at a given school must take these alternate exams on the scheduled
  late-testing dates at the scheduled times.

What to Bring
  ♦ Several sharpened No. 2 pencils (with erasers) for all multiple-choice answer sheets.
  ♦ Black or dark-blue ballpoint pens for free-response questions in most exams.
  ♦ Your school code. (If you are a homeschooled student, you will be given a code at the time of the exam.)
  ♦ A watch (in case your exam room does not have a clock that you can see easily).
  ♦ Your social security number for identification purposes. (If you provide it, the number will appear on your
     AP Grade Reports.)
  ♦ An AP-authorized calculator if you're taking an AP Calculus AB, Calculus BC, Chemistry, Physics,
     or Statistics Exam.
  ♦ A ruler or straightedge if you're taking an AP Physics Exam.
  ♦ A photo I.D. if you do not attend the school where you are taking the exam.

What Not to Bring (not allowed in the testing room - you will be disqualified)
  ♦ Books, compasses, correction fluid, dictionaries, highlighters, or notes.
  ♦ Rulers and straightedges (except as noted above).
  ♦ Scratch paper (notes can be made on portions of the exam booklets).
  ♦ Typewriting equipment, computers (except as noted for students with disabilities), or calculators (except as
     noted above). 
  ♦ Watches that beep or have an alarm. 
  ♦ Portable listening or recording devices -- even with headphones -- or photographic equipment.
  ♦ Beepers, cellular phones, MP3 players, or personal digital assistants (PDAs).
  ♦ Clothing (t-shirts, for example) with subject-related information.

  Whether you're studying an AP subject at school, or doing it on your own, the College Board has a wide variety of

Multiple-Choice Scores
  Total scores on the multiple-choice section are based on the number of questions answered correctly. Points are
  not deducted for incorrect answers and no points are awarded for unanswered questions.


AP Score Reports

  June:
    ♦ June 15: Requests for students to change college score report recepients or withold scores
                      must be received by AP Services.
    ♦ Students can cancel scores at any time, but in order for scores not to appear on current
       year's score report, the score must be conceled by June 15.
 
  July:
    ♦ AP scores are provided first to colleges, then to students, then to schools.
    ♦ July 1:  Scores by Phone service is available to students for the current year's
                   adminstration for an $8 fee.
