Registration for 2011-2012 School Year
8th graders going into 9th grade (High School)
Date: Monday Feb. 6, 2012
Form due date: Wednseday Feb. 8, 2012
On February 6 the High School Counselor’s will be visiting our 8th grade Social Studies classes to discuss High School scheduling, answer questions about the High School and to hand out registration forms. Students should bring the form home to discuss with you the class options they have for 9th grade. This form requires both a student and parent/guardian signature to ensure you have discussed the choices. The Counselor’s will check all of the forms before the students register for the classes online and to students or parents if any questions arise.
5th graders going into 6th grade:
Dates: March 22 and 23
Form due date: March 26
During these dates the Middle School Counselors will be visiting your child’s classroom to explain Middle School scheduling, dispel rumors and myths about the Middle School, answer any questions students may have about the Middle School, and hand out registration forms. Students should bring the form home to discuss with you, the Middle School in general and their Music choice for 6th grade. This form requires both a student and parent/guardian signature to ensure you have discussed the choice.
6th graders going into 7th grade:
Dates: March 12
Form due date: March 14
On March 12 the School Counselor’s will visit your child’s Social Studies class to discuss the 2011-2012 academic school year. The Counselor’s will address potential scheduling changes, answer questions about 7th grade, and hand out registration forms. Students should bring the form home to discuss with you their Music or Study Hall option for 7th grade. This form requires both a student and parent/guardian signature to ensure you have discussed the choice.
7th graders going into 8th grade:
