     Willmar’s special education department serves approximately 1000 children age birth through 21 with a variety of disabilities. Willmar

     Kennedy Elementary Special Education serves children from preschool thru fourth grade with staff and services dedicated to assuring "a free, appropriate public education in the least restrictive environmentent.
