My name is Nancy Van Hauen and I am a Registered Nurse and Licensed School Nurse serving the Willmar Elementary students K-5. I enjoy working with our wonderful L.P.N. Building Nurses we have at Kennedy and Roosevelt. You can find me at Kennedy on Mondays, Thursdays and Friday morning.
I received my Bachelor’s of Science Degree in Nursing from Minnesota State Mankato. I have a Public Health Nursing Certificate from the State of Minnesota. I received a Master’s Degree in Educational Leadership from Southwest State University.
I have been the Elementary School Nurse in Willmar since the 1986-87 school year. I started my nursing career at Rice Memorial Hospital in Willmar for several years. Before obtaining my School Nurse License, I worked as a Public Health Nurse for Kandiyohi County Public Health.
