503.1 - Elementary (K-5) School Attendance Areas
I. Attendance areas and boundaries for each elementary attendance center shall be established upon recommendation of the Superintendent and approval of the Board.
II. Students moving to another attendance area within the District after March 1 may remain in the school from which they are moving until the end of the year, if they so desire. The following year they shall attend the buildings serving their new attendance area. At any other time, students shall transfer to the new attendance area school, or secure a special permit as outlined in Board Policy 503.2 – Within District Transfers.
