Eligibility Information/Criteria

The Career Assessment Center provides services for Students and Adults who are:

at risk in transition disadvantaged learning disabled emotionally/behaviorally disturbed developmentally disadvantaged physically challenged traumatic brain injured

Referrals can be made to the Assessment Center by:

Direct/Self Contact
Special Education Teacher
School Staff/Counselor
Rehabilitation Services
Social Services

The evaluation has a cost of $425.00.  This fee can be paid by Rehabilitation Services, School, or parent.
